Hey, guys!
I am on a diet. It's gonna be great when I get to the end, but as of right now, it kinda sucks. All the food is really sophisticated and whatnot. For breakfast, nothing but fritattas and omlettes. It would be much better, if only I could be a better cook. I like cooking, but egg dishes are so much more difficult than other dishes. You have to be so careful when cooking eggs. I made an omlette this morning and burnt it to a crisp! I didn't want to make another one, so I managed to choke most of it down. It was awful. I guess I need more practice cooking omlettes. Scrambled eggs I cando. Maybe I should have just done that for my breakfast. Well, whatever I do, I'm gonna have to keep it up for 2 whole weeks. Oh well. Time for a salad! The most tolerable part of breakfast and lunch on the South Beach Diet. ::crunch crunch:: I can't wait for dinner time to roll around. The thing though is that I have to eat six times a day. I guess it's better to sit around and eat healthy food all day than to not eat anything at all. I can live with that! Heehee! I can't wait for the second week to be over. I dunno how my mom did it! Oh well, I guess if she really wants me to, I can handle it. I'm gonna have to. My mom wants me to have a "good senior year". I'm guessing this starts with my appearance? Alright. I'll take that. Appearantly I'm fat. I couldn't agree more. Heehee! Well, When you see me at the beginning of the school year, I'll be slimmer. I'm pulling a Lindsey Lohan!! I probably won't weigh only 117 pounds though. ^_^ Well, I guess that's all I have to say. I'll post again later!
