Yay! I'm Happy!
Nov. 6th, 2005 11:04 pmChibi-Pa was awesome as I expected. I didn't get to go yesterday, but I got to go today with my buddy Ashley. I was happy. Everyone liked my Chi costume. ^_^ I got my pic taken about 9 or 10 times. Heehee! I'm going to have to look for myself online soon. This one girl said I was the best Chi she'd ever seen. Weee! It was pretty awesome. I saw the widely infamous Man-Faye. He was quite interesting!... and kind of cute in his normal clothes. ^_^; I was freaking out at first because my ATM card suddenly stopped working yesterday. Come to find out, it only works in the ATM that was at the hotel where Chibi-Pa was. How lucky is that? The thing is, my mom lent me $60 to shop with and now I owe her. On top of that I withdrew $100 from my account. ^_^
I spent my money on cool stuff. The first thing i got was the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack. It's so awesome! It's my favorite video game ever! Kingdom Hearts rocks! I was even going to be Sora in Halloween Town for Halloween and wear my costume to work, but I didn't get anything together in time. I was sad. Anywho, I'm getting of topic! Next I got a Kingdom Hearts Keyblade necklace. It's prettyful! Then I got my picture drawn by Becca (magnificently drawn, I mihgt add! I have to frame and hang it and the other pic she drew of me two years ago) and a cool bookmark. Then I got a Chi figurine. It's so cute! I love Chi!
They were selling Chi ears at the convention. When I saw them I was quite disillusioned, because mine were so much less crappy! My ears rocked and theirs didn't! Heehee! I made Ashley a pair for her birthday; it was on Friday, but today was the first chance I could get to give them to her. We were getting compliments all day! A girl came up to me and said I had really cool ears and asked if I made them. I did. ^_^ The girl who said I was the best Chi she'd ever seen asked me where I got my dress and I surprised her by informing her that I'd made it myself. (This is something you learn about me; I can take two or three compliments with humbleness, but when I get that many, like, an overwhelming number, it really inflates my ego. I really had a humungous head today. Just so you know.)
I had a good time. I saw lots of people from school; current attendees and allumni. Yay! I have Kingdom Hearts on my iPod... I'm going to bed now.
